I WILL not do free personal readings, do not ask. Anyone who harasses me, disrespects me or causes me discomfort will be blocked. If harassment and abuse gets out of control the offender will be dealing with my lawyer if the situation becomes heavily inappropriate.Email, Message & Voice Recorded ReadingsClient may only send 1 question with 1 specific topic. If you order 1 reading with only 1 question that means only 1 question with 1 specific topic. If you order 10 questions that means you can ask 10 different questions with 10 different topics. Stick to the 1 question + 1 topic rule, thank you.Correct Example: Is my boyfriend in love with me?
Incorrect Example: What is going on in my love life, career and family?The incorrect example features 3 separate topics squished into 1 question which is NOT allowed. If you send questions like this I will only read for the first topic of the question.For legal reasons I will not be doing readings about medical, legal, financial or criminal matters. 4. These terms are applicable to all Ko-fi orders that involves the use of a phone call-based service within your chosen membership plan. By legal definition a “pre-subscription or comparable arrangement means a contractual agreement in which certain information is shared and disclosed between provider and client.”In terms of Ko-fi related purchases, clients have an option to buy memberships, one time plan offers and commissions where they pay for a membership/plan/standalone one time purchase in order to obtain psychic and/or tarot readings of various time frames and quantities based on the selected purchase option available on Ko-fi where digital services and products are sold and delivered via different electronic mediums such as texting, phone calls and/or emails.In addition, membership plans allow access to the service provider’s email, text and phone number depending, again, on the membership plan options the client selects. All prices for each plan and the details of offers available for each plan are stated clearly in the membership listing details on the Ko-fi membership listing.Furthermore, the service provider is the psychic reader and entertainer "Leila al-Tolkien" (stage name / entertainer name / pseudonym) owned by the business Siyah Amar, created and owned by "Ayesha K. Arshad".
In detail, the business address for Leila al-Tolkien is “PO Box 85074 Hallandale Beach, FL 33008, USA”.In addition, the business phone number for this entity and service provider is (321) – 401 – 7715. All rates for services are clearly stated on the Ko‑fi website's membership page, commissions page and shop page at the website address: https://ko-fi.com/tolkienNotwithstanding, Psychic Leila-al Tolkien now offers one time psychic readings, whereby, clients pay for a single phone call with Leila, and they pay a one time fee, upfront for her digital services and products. In doing so, the client pays for varies timed sessions to speak on the phone with the psychic reader, Leila al-Tolkien. All phone called are pre-paid services, and no additional fees are charged once the reading is completed. All clients MUST pay for the services prior to a phone call and all services are appointment based only. This is a contractual agreement between client and service provider, whereby, the client accepts they are paying for a phone call session with the service provider for a specific amount of minutes and by law, agree to pay for the pre-paid minutes that are non-refundable as well.In doing so, Psychic Leila al-Tolkien is in compliance with Federal and Florida State laws, in offering and selling products and services of through digital means. In other words, clients accept and are fully aware they are paying for digital services with a limited time frame, and these services are offered via phone call, text message or email depending on the product or service they purchase from the service providers ecommerce platforms (Ko-fi).Likewise, the service provider “Leila al-Tolkien” agrees to notify the consumer of any future rate changes within a 48-hour notice after website policies are updated on public platforms such as websites and social medias.In doing so, the consumer agrees to use the service on the terms and conditions disclosed by the service provider; and the service provider requires the use of an “identification number or other means” to prevent unauthorized access to the service by nonsubscribers.Namely, for this purpose, the service provider “Leila al-Tolkien” will ask all clients who purchase membership plans for their first name, birthday (DOB), phone number, email and issue that a client ID number.Before all readings, clients must state certain identifying information as following to confirm they authorize this reading and membership as a means to prevent unauthorized misuse of the client's membership services.

Say in a phone call: Hello this is "John, 1/1/1980, ID # A001."Please use this format or a similar one when conducting readings with “Leila al-Tolkien”. After you state this information, the service provider will confirm your information is verified with the information on file for your membership plan order and then the reading will begin.Confirmation of information is included in your session's time frame. So please state all information immediately to prevent wasting time or minutes.For legal reasons, the service provider will always confirm the client's legal age, hence the need for the birthday (DOB).During all texts, emails, and phone calls made for readings as a part of a membership order, Leila al-Tolkien will ask the client to recite this information for security reasons.

Privacy Policy & Misc. Legal Disclaimers

5. For privacy reasons, this service provider will NOT share any personal information given by the client. The only time personal information is shared is in the form of client feedback/testimonials/reviews where the client's first name, or a username may be shown. But no other personal information is shown. Clients who work with Leila al-Tolkien consent to allowing her to share feedback/testimonials/reviews on all public platforms such as social media, websites and advertisements before placing an order when agreeing to this document.6. This is an entertainment service only. Clients understand purchasing any service from this service provider is for fun only, a curio and for entertainment purposes. All clients must be legally 18 and older to make purchases of the services provided by Leila al-Tolkien. Lying about one’s age is intolerable. All clients must be legally over 18 and honest about their information. Fabricating information is a fraudulent crime and legal charges will be taken on a case by case basis. Clients may use a fictitious name, username, nickname or real name for the “First Name section only.” But legal age verification must be genuine.7. Clients who abuse, lie, misuse, harass, bully, stalk, or otherwise harm this business entity or service provider will be subjected to being permanently blacklisted. Meaning, we will not take any more orders from you and depending on circumstances pursue legal actions against you.

Respectful Behavior, Privacy & Boundaries

8. The location address on file will not use for questionable, inappropriate or suspicious activities. Clients are not allowed to stalk, harass, or inflict harm upon the business entity. Clients are not allowed to ship/mail/bring/or otherwise send any letters, gifts, packages or physical items to said address. Do NOT mail anything to this address and do not show up in person to this address.Leila al-Tolkien will not accept it and this is highly inappropriate behavior. The address on file, is a PO Box address and simply a legal formability.The phone number on file, should NOT be used to contact Leila al-Tolkien. For all business inquiries and assistance, always use the email. The phone’s primary objective is for Leila to call or text clients for phone readings.For the sake of organization, it is fastest and more efficient to email for communication and strongly preferred and highly recommended to email only. Please do not spam call or harass Leila’s business line, you will be blocked.Anyone who violates these rules, harasses Leila al-Tolkien or causes harm to Ayesha K. Arshad, will be blacklisted immediately. You only get one warning. Repeated offenders are not be given multiple chances.For all business related concerns and order concerns PLEASE email us. Agreement and Consent

9. After reading this please fill out a client intake form, to consent to all the terms of this service and agree to all legal matters regarding this service provider.
